Le Bijou was established in 2016. The factory completed the construction according to HACCP international health standard and passed the SC health certification with a high record. The factory adopts European equipment, selects high-quality natural ingredients and uses innovative technologies. It strictly follows HACCP international health standard management. The founder Owen Xiao had the experience of working as the pastry chef in luxury hotels like Four Season Shenzhen, Shangri-La Dubai, Inter-continental Hangzhou. He has been working in the pastry field over 18 years. He was the director of the Chinese Pastry Organization and had won Chinese Chocolate Master of the World Chocolate Master Competition in the year 2011. Now the company mainly focuses on handmade chocolate, French pastry, handmade macarons, with Delion as its main distributor in China.
The Family “Baecherei Inninger” bakes since 1688 in the 400-year-old house in beautiful Bavaria, Germany. Their bakery in Germany is over 330 years old, which is certified by German government. He has 3 Certificates and the master’s degree in Confectionery, Baking, Certified Miller & Business, MBA.
